A low impact floor based class that aims to increase flexibility and muscle tone, improve posture and reduce stress and tension. DANCERCISE - Boogie whilst you Burn!! The fun way to work out! An aerobic workout built up of fun dance moves! (Babies welcome in the daytime class so no more excuses) BALLET - A classical technique class aiming to improve co-ordination and posture. Perfect for those who have danced as a child and just want to have another go!!! - All classes are available as 1-2-1 at a time and place to suit you.
